BOSTON (Reuters) – A co-owner of a Massachusetts compounding pharmacy whose mold-tainted medicine sparked a lethal fungal meningitis outbreak in 2012 was sentenced on Thursday to 1 12 months in jail for deceiving regulators to keep away from federal oversight earlier than the tragedy.
